Yoga at the Castle

Monday 6.45 – 8pm Candlelit Yoga, Wednesday 9.30 – 10.45am Flow Yoga & Thursday 6.45 – 8pm Candlelit Yoga

A mindful, meditative practise, centred around healing body and mind, this class has both the yin and yang elements, we build heat in the body through breath-synchronised body, and enjoy a longer yoga nidra at the end to cool and calm and prepare us for sleep.
Set in the atmospheric dining room of Powderham castle, the mood will be set to “cosy” with candles and a roaring fire, and blankets at the ready.
